I am coming up on over three years dealing with Selman Chevrolet(SC). It started when I ordered my car with Jason Holley. It was such a great experience, Which surprised me. Mostly because I delt with Tesla ordering my previous car. He was always there for my questions and inquiries. Then I had to deal with the service department. Not something I was looking forward to dealing with. I picked Alex Cuellar as my service rep. To my surprise, he was great to work with. Even though he is often so busy he makes me feel important as a customer.(I think he gets over 25k steps a day) He listens to me and I feel I can trust him. I have been so happy with the treatment from the people at SC. My thanks to all who have made my experience so satisfying. Eric M.

The salesman had the trucks I was interested in ready for inspection which made my decision very easy. Getting the payment from my bank was a challenge but finance department worked with me and my bank to get a money transfer successfully processed.

We ordered 2 Chevy Tahoes from Selman Chevrolet under the GM Family First program. Selman Chevrolet was the only dealership in the northern Orange County area that would participate in the family & employee program. Our salesperson(Daniel) was excellent in handling our order with no issues. Vehicles came earlier than expected and the entire purchasing experience was phenomenal. The experience was so good that I may in the future drive across town and have them handle all of my future service needs for all my Chevrolet vehicle. Thank you for a very pleasant buying experience.

Car was promised at 11. Received it at 12 and only because I went to inquire. I had 8 extra miles on my car. 8!!!!! I went in for an oil change not some major service. There was no reason why my car should’ve been taken off the lot. One of your employee must have taken my car to lunch. And even had the audacity to change the radio station. I will never return to Selman unless I get a valid reason or apology. Look at your cameras and figure out who took my car on an 8 mile lunch ride.

Had an appointment for an oil change and was promptly greeted, Advisor verified info and since I needed to wait, he expedited the process. He indicated that the car should be finished within one hour. The car was actually finished in 40 minutes.

Not much was done. They did a diagnostic on the sound system. Part needed are discontinued. suggested trying a car stereo shop. So I went else where.

I had a tire pressure monitor failure (left front sensor I assumed) and Rick and the team got right on it, fixed the problem, and had me out of there in less than two hours. Can't ask for anything more than that for top-end service.

Elizabeth always goes above and beyond to take care of me when I make appointments for my oil change. She knows I live far from the dealer, come super early to beat the 91 freeway traffic, and she gets me in and out as soon as possible because I have to then drive to work in the city of Brea. There is other Chevy dealers closer to home or by my job but I'd rather come to Selman because of her customer service.
