Had an appointment for an oil change and was promptly greeted, Advisor verified info and since I needed to wait, he expedited the process. He indicated that the car should be finished within one hour. The car was actually finished in 40 minutes.

It was a great experience at the dealership. My advisor was nice and on it. She remembered me from a time before, which is why I chose to comeback and this dealership was recommended by a friend. I was told that my truck would be washed after all of the work was done and I was like awesome, because in Temecula, where I bought the truck, they don’t wash it. So we had a few laughs. They put me in a Lyft home and all was good. When I came to pick up my truck, I paid for the services and then went to retrieve my truck. When I got it, it was still dirty as how I had brought it in. I would have given 5 stars if my truck had been washed like I was told it would be.

Gary Aguirre was amazing. Patient, knowledgeable, professional but laid back. I did not feel pressured the buy the car, and because of that, I bought it that night. He has followed up with me a couple times to make sure I am happy with my new purchase and to answer any questions. He's great.

The service was excellent. My service advisor Elizabeth was very helpful and courteous.

Elizabeth always goes above and beyond to take care of me when I make appointments for my oil change. She knows I live far from the dealer, come super early to beat the 91 freeway traffic, and she gets me in and out as soon as possible because I have to then drive to work in the city of Brea. There is other Chevy dealers closer to home or by my job but I'd rather come to Selman because of her customer service.

When i came back to pickup my vehicle on Saturday the i know that the vehicle after the service gets to be washed and it wasn’t i asked the person why my car wasn’t cleaned his response was very rude and some how offending and also i didn’t let him talk to me that way .

Ramon is wonderful to work with, and I appreciate the great care he takes in servicing my vehicle. He is thorough and takes the time to make sure every detail is clear. I look forward to returning to him for my service needs. The appointment scheduling system is not alway reliable, with appointments able to be booked that are actually not available. Scheduling staff told me on the phone that my vehicle scheduled for an upcoming appointment would not be seen for two days following the appointment date; I canceled the appointment and rescheduled it. I understand that the service department gets backed up with vehicles, but appointments should be blocked from booking when this takes place. The cashier experience is not always the most positive. I usually have not felt valued as a customer when interacting with the cashiers, as they are typically abrupt and not very personable, sometimes seeming bothered when I ask to take a look at the itemized charges and the final service summary prior to paying. This is the final moment of customer interaction with the dealership after a service appointment, and it is lacking in the warmth and kindness that I would expect.

Tire rotation. In/out in 1.5 hours.

I had a tire pressure monitor failure (left front sensor I assumed) and Rick and the team got right on it, fixed the problem, and had me out of there in less than two hours. Can't ask for anything more than that for top-end service.

He took the time to explain the protocols and kept me informed throughout the process. I was also a previous customer that had purchased a vehicle from this dealership. I am very pleased with my purchase from Selman Chevrolet. I negotiated the price with Wilbert via phone and text. The vehicle price was fair and on par with other quotes I received for base models. We test drove the car, and completed the paperwork, within 2 hours from start to finish. I will definitely contact Wilbert when I am looking for my next car purchase.

Dropped off vehicle for my first free oil change, when we came to pickup the vehicle the cashier was charging us $230, we were never told what the price was, when we dropped off the vehicle, which is a huge BAR violation, finally corrected the problem, and the cashier has an awful demeanor, hire friendly people guys.

Setting up appointment was easy. Arrived earlier than my appointment time but was greeted promptly and out quite quickly. Elizabeth is courteous and friendly. Lyft back home and back to pick up car was easy to set up. My only suggestion is that someone needs to wipe the door sill after the service.

We would like to share our car buying experience this past weekend. First of all: If anyone is interested in purchasing a NEW or Pre-Owned CHEVY, we highly recommend Selman Chevrolet. Part 1: Earlier this week, my Fiancé experienced some car trouble, and we needed to make a decision. So, we decided we were going to purchase a vehicle; but before we actually purchased one, I spoke with Augie Bucio in sales to let him know what our situation was and informed him on a price range for a vehicle along with what we could afford for our payment. Part 2: On July 24, 2026, my fiancé & I walked the pre-owned lot and saw a few vehicles we liked; then we walked toward the new vehicle's car lot, were we met with Augie as he came out to greet us. Again, we were just looking to see what vehicle would be of interest to us. Well, after walking the new car lot, we actually saw a vehicle that my fiancé was heavenly interested in, and of course, we went for a test drive and while on that test drive, my fiancé was loving the vehicle even more. Part 3: As we returned back to Selman, we made our way with Augie to start the application process. (Keep in mind, this would be my fiancé, very first owned Brand-New vehicle). As we started the process and was getting down to the nitty gritty, my fiancé started feeling a lil' worried and anxious due to the lil' extra steps that was needed to complete the process. We'll we finally got through the application process and we we're becoming new owners of a Brand-New Chevy. Fast Forward: With the expertise and tremendous help of Sales Associate & Special Finance Manger Augie Bucio, Manager Mr. Larry Beavers and Finance Manager Mr. Mori Mousaii, we we're PROUD owners of our NEW CHEVY. Conclusion: It wasn't just about purchasing a vehicle. What my fiancé & I experienced that day was way beyond car buying. From the start to finish, we both felt we we're given a 5-star car buying experience. We felt very comfortable with the buying process, we felt valued as a customer, we weren't rushed into signing anything we didn't understand, they were completely thorough with explaining every detailed information and all managers kept our request for our payment budget within our limits, all 3 managers went over and beyond to accommodate us with what was best for our travel needs. We can't express enough how very grateful, thankful and appreciated we truly are for our experience. We will continue to purchase our vehicles from Selman in the future.

Easy to make an appointment. Treated very nicely by everyone in the service lane. I waited for the service to be done since I had my laptop and could get things done. Nice quiet area to do my work! The service was done on time, and my truck was brought up nice and clean! It is a "no brainer" for me to have Selman Chevrolet do all of my services! People ask me why I get my oil changed at the dealer, and I let them know that there is more to an oil change than just replacing the oil and filter. This service was my 100,000 mile check up, and my truck is running just as it was 10 years ago!

I had a 9am appt and arrived at 8:50am just to get my brakes checked out. I saw that they took my car into the bay at 10:35. I asked my service advisor and he said they have to clear a bay so another car can go in. It just took a long time that I wasn’t expecting. I spoke to the director and he waived the inspection fee which I was thankful for. I was out of there by 11am, but didn’t expect to be there 2 hours for just a brake inspection. It’s not the service advisors fault. I’m not sure who’s.

The tech updated the infotainment software, but the issue is not fixed. I verified this by escalating it through the OnStar team, and they told me that this truck needs to go back to the dealer to have the issue resolved. I don't think that this is the service advisor's fault as he's just stating what the tech is saying, but I'm beginning to believe that the tech doesn't have the skill sets to work on deep issues with the infotainment system. I'm considering taking the truck back to another dealer before my factory warranty runs out and this issues is handed over to the extended warranty provider.

Your sevice liasons are friendly and knowlegable. The work is done in a timely fashion and I was kept in the loop as progress was made.

Larry Beavers and Brian Thomas did an excellent job handling the entire experience starting from my inquiry into a vehicle on the lot to the time I drove off the lot. Brian was extremely responsive in all our communications leading up to visiting the dealership to finalizing the purchase. Brian helped with initializing On-Star and other functionality. I had visited three other Chevrolet dealerships prior to Selman Chevrolet and this was by far the best experience, which explains why the dealership has been in business for over 75 years.

Communication was clear and honest.

service seems to have gone fine. didnt get to everything that needed to be done....AC is not working correctly on the drivers side again....this is the 4th time the AC has gone out or is leaking....whoever was doing the work on the vehicle has left greasy hand prints all over the vehicle and on the steering wheel...the door handles are a mess. greasy hand prints on the doors is weird....I know it's tough and it comes with the job but the technicians oughta be more careful and try to be cleaner..
